On your deviceWe save your region, selected fuels, language and vehicles, each with its name, fuel, tank capacity and preferred refill. Vehicle profiles stay on this device. A random identifier protects this installation’s data.
To deliver your alertsThe server stores the region, selected fuels, language, quantities, reminder and early-alert preferences needed to send alerts, an installation identifier and your notification subscription. We do not collect GPS or registration plates. You do not need to provide an email to use the app. If you contact us by email, we receive your address and message.
Control your dataDisable alerts or delete your data in Settings. Operational notification logs are removed after 30 days. Previous support requests sent through the app are deleted after 90 days or when you delete your data. Deleting app data does not delete emails you sent. Public sources and the decision history are preserved.
Services we useThe website is served by Vercel. App data is hosted on Convex in Ireland. These services process technical connection data, including the IP address. We count visits anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies: page views are not tied to a person or IP address and are used only for aggregated statistics. The contact link opens your email app. Contact messages are not stored in the app. Web alerts use your browser’s push service.
